Return and Exchange
- All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders.
- If you wish to request an exchange due to a manufacturing defect, wrong product received, or size issues, you may exchange the product in India or discuss the available options with our team on WhatsApp at +91 92667 27340.
- Please note that we are not liable for any damage or defects caused during transit. However, we will assist you in the best possible way to help resolve the issue.
- Our Quality Checking team will share product images and videos with you via WhatsApp and email before dispatching your order.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you do not wish to receive the ordered product, you may either: Exchange it for another product (within the delivery limit), or Request a credit note, which will have an expiry date.
Please note, that products for returns shall only be accepted if unworn and in its original packaging with the boxes. You need to inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product. Once received, the customer care team at Preeti Mohan team would inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made possible.
- The product should not have been broken altered, mishandled, heated, treated chemically, or otherwise not found in good/ tradable condition.

The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
TERMS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE: DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:
- On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Wait to receive a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your completed invoice.

We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewelry, bags, and sunglasses once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect. No returns on discounted merchandise
REFUND
- We do not offer refunds. You may only exchange the product in case of a defect.
- We offer store credits for the equivalent amount in case the product is not available
